David has been part of the ECUA team for 8 years, starting as a Fleet Mechanic, then working his way to becoming a Road Mechanic. He says, "Now being Promoted to an Management position allows me to give insight from my in-shop and on the road experience on what goes on in the field. So improvements could be made to create a much safer and collaborative work environment so that we could better service our customers.
