Escambia County issued the following announcement on February 10.
UPDATE: Galvez Landing Boat Ramp Closed for Maintenance
The Galvez Landing boat ramp is closed for maintenance until further notice. Marine Resources has determined that repairs are necessary to ensure public safety for accessing the ramp. A new notice will be issued once the ramp has been determined safe for public use.
The Galvez Landing parking lot will still be closed for maintenance beginning Feb. 28. Click here to read more.
