Baptist Health Care has partnered with the City of Pensacola's Parks and Recreation department to bring you the 'Healthy Hearts' installment of its Wellness Wednesday Seminar Series.
Join us as Cardiologist, Dr. Pelbreton C. Balfour, Jr., M.D., Sc.M., of Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute covers ways to help prevent, detect and treat heart disease through diet, exercise, stress reduction and medication.
Blood pressure screenings and lunch will be provided, and the mobile unit of Community Health of Northwest Florida will be onsite.
