On Saturday, March 15, former Pensacola Catholic High School standout Michael Smith’s current college team, the Prairie View A&M Panthers, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Jackson State Tigers.

The game took place at John W. Tankersley Field. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 16 at 1 p.m. at John W. Tankersley Field against Jackson State Tigers.
