Congratulations to Steve for his recent promotion! He has been an integral part of our IT department for over 2.5 years, starting out as an Information Technology Specialist, promoting to Helpdesk Supervisor and now to Computing Infrastructure Support Manager.

When asked what he likes best about working for ECUA and how he feels about the promotion, he says, “To God be all the glory! It’s been an honor and a privilege to work in the IT Department at ECUA. The opportunities I have had to learn all three levels of support, work on state-of-the-art infrastructure, and work with great people that have poured their knowledge into me has been an amazing journey that I’m excited to embark on every working day. I’m truly excited to jump in and learn the infrastructure at a much more technical level, be able to pour into my coworkers and support the mission of the department, which is to provide excellent service.”

Way to go, Steve! We’re proud to have you as part of our team.
